About me

Hello, I’m Agrin Ahmadi—a linguist and your companion in learning Persian. Drawing on linguistics and teaching experience, I shape every learner’s path around their needs, level, and goals.

Learning the beautiful Persian language is a bridge to Iranian culture, customs, literature, and ways of life.

Drawing on my knowledge of linguistics and five years of teaching experience, I strive to create a path tailored to each learner’s level, needs, and goals—one that makes learning Persian meaningful and enjoyable.

Through communicative approaches, conceptual learning, and content and language integrated learning, I aim to give learners the opportunity to explore Iranian culture, customs, stories, and literature alongside the Persian language. This approach can help both children growing up away from Iran and adults who wish to learn Persian develop a deeper understanding of the language and Iranian culture.

I believe learning Persian is a journey from words to meaning, and from meaning to a deeper understanding of Iranian culture.

Before we begin,
ask anything.

01How long will it take me to speak fluently?+

Language learning is a personal journey that depends on your current level, goals, and daily practice. In our tailored courses, the focus is on practical conversation from the very first session. Rather than accumulating dry theory, our goal is to help you use English in the real world as soon as possible.

02What does my learning path look like?+

We begin with a free placement assessment. After reviewing the results, we identify your individual learning path and create a flexible programme tailored to your needs.

03Is a trial session available?+

Yes! Your initial placement and introductory session is completely free, so you can get to know the teaching style, atmosphere, and class format before starting your course.

04What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?+

We respect your time and offer flexibility. If you let us know at least 24 hours before a class that you cannot attend, your session will be retained and rescheduled. You can also arrange in advance to pause your course for a longer period, for example for travel or work commitments.

05Where are classes held, and will I receive recordings?+

Classes are held on a high-quality online meeting platform with interactive tools including a whiteboard, screen sharing, and file sharing. Each session is also recorded and made available to you so that you can review the material and work through exercises more carefully.

06What learning materials are used, and will I need to buy a book?+

I provide most materials directly, including handouts and standard audio and video resources. Depending on your individual learning path and the needs identified during the course, I may recommend that you obtain a particular book or other learning resource.
